Free from London

Now at last after so long the bonds of London have been broken.
I love the place but I think London is a very transient place and it was time to go. I have been gone for a time but still with a property to sell. This took nearly a year and after so long in the capital I thought nothing could surprise me but it did. I have had my faith in human nature broken by the nasty tricks that have been played on us by everyone involved. I mean everyone trust no-one when selling.
I give what I think is a major piece of advice if like us you have your own property but is on leasehold, buy the lease as quickly as possible. You have every right to buy it if not should you want to sell you can be held responsible for any changes that may fall outside the lease even if done before you lived there. If you are subject to a greedy leaseholder as we were they can demand big money off you for nothing and you're in trouble. That is the first of the problems.
But at last I'm free and now am in the sticks in the Midlands...yes home...more to come.
The money that everyone made out of us is blood-money poor them. Everyone who made off us in the wrong way...enjoy...
